Educents: Affordable Education Just Makes Cents – The Momma Chronicles

I am not a believer of home school program. For me, I feel that the child is missing out on something, especially in the social skills department. Or at least that’s the common misconception.

Then I got a chance to (virtually) meet homeschooling moms, read their stories and opened my eyes about the beauty of homeschooling. It’s not enough for me to consider homeschooling but I’m not shutting my doors against it.

So when I was given a chance to try homeschooling, I grabbed the opportunity. There’s no harm in trying plus it gives me an idea on what it’s like to teach my kids – with a curriculum to follow.

1) Type www.educents.com. You will be directed to its homepage, showcasing the available materials. 2) Create an account. 3) After successfully registering, browse through the downloadable materials. Some items are on sale for as much as 100% off so make sure to take advantage of that. You can also filter the results depending on your child’s age for easier browsing. 4) Hit the “Buy” button as soon as you made your choice. Your item will be automatically added in the Shopping Cart icon.

5) If you are done shopping, click on the Shopping Cart icon found on the upper right. 6) A summary of your orders will be displayed. Click “Proceed to Checkout.” 7) Fill up “Billing Information” then “Payment Information” then click “Continue.” 8) Then the Order Review page will be displayed. Click “Place Order” on the bottom right. You can toggle with the “Newsletter Subscription” in case you want (or don’t want) to receive e-mails from Educents. 9) Once your order has been received, click on the “My Downloadable Products.” You can also access it by clicking “Account” then choose “My Downloadable Products.” 10) A summary of your downloadable products will be displayed. Click on the “Download” button to start your download. Then you’re ready to go! From time to time, Educents will offer some printable materials for free. It also offers toys and puzzles that can add up to the child’s learning experience. In case you have lots of momma friends who’s interested in trying out homeschooling, you can refer them to Educents through its “Refer a Friend” program and earn from it, which you can use when you buy other products.
